This role involves developing quality assurance protocols, conducting process inspections, and identifying improvement opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and relevant industry standards.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality management software.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff.
Certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001 are a plus.
