This is a senior leadership role responsible for strategic direction, stakeholder engagement, policy influence, and operational management. The successful candidate will act as CECA Scotland’s primary spokesperson, working closely with government, clients, and industry partners to support growth and investment in Scotland’s infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and deliver CECA Scotland’s objectives
Represent members with Scottish Government and key stakeholders
Influence infrastructure policy and procurement
Lead member engagement and grow membership
Manage operations, staff and budgets
Act as spokesperson for the organisation
