Castus Info Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the frontline for client interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries via email, chat, and phone. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and driving continuous service improvement

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner

• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues

• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success

• Identify trends in customer feedback for process improvement

Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service or support experience (SaaS or IT industry preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting

• Proficient in helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
