Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for client engagements and internal meetings.
Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and team-building activities.
Engage with clients and stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and support.
Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure efficiency.
Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and correspondence.
Support the onboarding process for new team members by preparing materials and coordinating training sessions.

Proven experience in administrative support or related roles, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software tools.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
