Camen Behavioral Services is offering anRBT Internship Program designed to support individuals pursuing theirRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and possible future employment as an RBT with our team.

This internship provides structured training, mentorship, and guidance to help you prepare for the RBT role and certification process.

What You’ll Receive

Interns accepted into the program will receive:
✅ Access to astate-of-the-art 40-hour RBT training course (100% virtual)
✅Optional weekly 1-hour virtual meetings with an ABA professional to ask questions, get support, and prepare for the RBT role
✅ Guidance on next steps toward certification and potential employment

Program Timeline & Key Requirements

Applicants selected for the internship will complete the following steps:

Attend an information session
Sign up for the internship program
Pay the$250 program fee
Complete the40-hour training course within 180 days
After course completion, submit anFDLE Level 2 Background Screening within 10 business days
If approved, complete theCompetency Assessment
Interview with Camen Behavioral Services and register for the RBT exam through the BACB
If selected, complete onboarding and begin employment(not guaranteed)

Important Notes

This program doesnot guarantee employment.
You must complete the 40-hour course within180 days, or the program must be repurchased.
Progression depends on passing theFDLE Level 2 background screening.

Reimbursement Opportunity

If you are hired and remain employed with Camen Behavioral Services for90 days, you may qualify for a50% reimbursement of the program fee ($125).
