Responsibilities

Provide first-level contact for IT-related issues and inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for staff.
Set up and configure new workstations and necessary software applications.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Educate employees on best practices for using technology and handling technical issues.
Assist with data backups and system recovery processes.
Collaborate with external IT vendors for hardware repairs and system upgrades.

Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologies.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
