Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage and organize the reception area to ensure a clean and professional environment.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably within mechanical or industrial engineering industries.
