Position Summary

We are hiring a Sales Representative with a pharmaceutical or specialty sales background and established connections in the neurology community. This role is referral-focused. You'll use your provider relationships to help connect eligible patients to our care.

This position is remote with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

Engage neurologists and related specialists to drive patient referrals to BTT Medical Group (BTT Corp)
Educate providers on our care offerings and patient eligibility criteria
Leverage existing relationships within your territory to open referral pathways
Serve as a consultative liaison for referring providers, offering responsive, white-glove support
Partner with internal care teams to ensure smooth onboarding and coordination for referred patients

3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, specialty medical sales, or clinical outreach
Well-connected within the neurology community, with trusted provider relationships
Demonstrated ability to influence HCP behavior and drive referral activity through education and strategic engagement
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage outreach strategy with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field (preferred)
