Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO, within the government administration industry.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of achieving operational excellence.
In-depth knowledge of government regulations, policies, and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
