We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our growing team at Bristle Health. In this role, you will be a vital part of our customer service department, ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience while interacting with our products or services. **Key Responsibilities**: * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone. * Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues or questions. * Maintain a strong understanding of our products or services to address customer concerns effectively. * Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues. * Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis. * Identify and report product or service issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. * Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers. **Requirements**: * Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (training will be provided).
