Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring the integrity and consistency of all entered data.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies or inaccuracies.
Assist in the development and implementation of data management procedures and protocols.
Support the data migration process, including data cleansing and data validation.
Conduct routine audits to ensure data quality and compliance with established standards.

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus.
Proficient in using data entry software and tools, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
