Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support property management operations.
Handle phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants.
Schedule property viewings, maintenance appointments, and meetings for the management team.
Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to property leases, renewals, and tenant correspondence.
Maintain organized files and records for properties, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance work and property inspections.
Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and property management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
