Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
Build and maintain a database of potential clients through diligent research and outreach
Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our services
Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to prospects
Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships and reschedule missed appointments
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on outreach and follow-up approaches

Proven experience in an appointment setting or similar role
Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience with CRM software is a plus
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable making a high volume of calls on a daily basis
