Role Overview:

We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our VP of Clients in managing, qualifying, and nurturing high-value leads. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a sharp eye for detail, strong CRM discipline, and excellent communication skills.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring no lead falls through the cracks, meetings are scheduled efficiently, and follow-ups happen on time. Your role is essential in supporting the VP’s efforts to turn qualified leads into happy, long-term Voia users.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification & Triage: Manually review and qualify inbound leads, especially those who express interest but do not complete intake forms. Prioritize leads based on potential fit and client profile.
Client Engagement Support: Maintain consistent communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Set reminders, follow up regularly, and ensure the CRM reflects the latest activity.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings for the VP of Clients, including demos, discovery calls, and follow-ups. Ensure meetings are confirmed and aligned with time zone needs.
CRM Hygiene (HubSpot): Keep records updated, organize contact properties and deal stages, log calls/notes, and tag stakeholders. Ensure reporting is accurate and touchpoints are visible.
Pipeline Support: Track lead status and help move them through the funnel, identifying opportunities for re-engagement and flagging high-value prospects for strategic follow-up.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and onboarding teams to relay client feedback, content needs, or technical blockers.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of SDR experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, media, or creative industries.
Fluent in HubSpot CRM – you should be comfortable managing pipelines, tasks, and contact properties daily.
Organized, self-managing, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Outstanding communication skills – professional, clear, and responsive.
Strong attention to detail – no lead or follow-up should ever be missed.
Bonus: familiarity with virtual production, VFX, or creative workflows.
