boardwalkseattle Real Estate is a leading property management company in the real estate industry. We are currently seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating property-related data into our database. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure the integrity of the data is maintained and provide support in generating data reports as needed. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accurate property data into our database
Conduct data verification and cleansing procedures to ensure data integrity
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues
Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reports as assigned
Assist in data migration and system integration projects
Perform quality checks on data entries to ensure accuracy
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in data entry or similar role
Proficient in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of real estate terminology is a plus
