### **Bluejay is building the simulation, evaluation, and observability layer for voice + text AI agents.** We work with Fortune 500s, multinational corporations, and high-growth startups to ensure their AI agents actually perform as intended in production. We raised a $4M seed backed by Floodgate, Peak XV, and YC — and we’ve been doubling every 3 months since inception. Now we’re looking for a **cracked, founding GTM operator** who wants to help build the growth engine behind the Bluejay rocketship. We don’t want someone to “run a playbook.” We want someone who wants to **build the playbook from scratch.** ## What You’ll Actually Be Doing You’ll be designing, testing, and iterating on the systems that create pipeline, credibility, and revenue. ### Outbound & Pipeline * Architect and run multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, events, enterprise segmentation) * Build scalable lead-generation systems using automation + AI-native workflows * Design outbound like a product: test → measure → refine * Work conferences, dinners, and in-person events alongside founders ### Inbound, Brand & Content * Take ownership of inbound channels currently run by the CEO * Ship consistent content across social, written, and ecosystem platforms * Improve discoverability (SEO, GEO, AI-native distribution) * Turn product wins into distribution leverage ### GTM Engineering & Growth Systems * Build lead lists using enrichment, automation, and AI-native tools * Create semi-automated workflows that improve pipeline velocity * Constantly experiment with tools, tactics, and growth mechanics * Obsess over signal: what’s working, what’s not, and why ### Partnerships & Ecosystem * Build relationships across the voice + AI ecosystem * Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and partner motions * Increase credibility and trust in enterprise markets You will be: * Building * Selling * Iterating * On-site with customers * In the trenches with founders This is a **founding-level ownership role**, not a narrow function. ## Who You Are We’re looking for someone with \~2–3+ years of experience who is early in their career but wants to swing big. ### Core Traits * Highly AI-native in how you work * Thrives in ambiguity * Scrappy and resourceful * Gets excited building systems from zero * Thinks in experiments, not opinions * Comfortable being wrong quickly ### Desirable Quirks * Physically cringes at inefficient pipeline * Has strong opinions about distribution mechanics * Loves clean, organized CRM systems * Gets irrationally excited about automation * Thinks GTM is part art, part math ### Experiences That Pique Our Interest * Sold or marketed AI / technical products * Experience in dev tools or infra * Worked at an early-stage startup * Former founder * Built and scaled outbound systems before Titles matter less than impact. ## What This Is Not * Not a “run the enterprise playbook” AE role * Not a single-channel marketing job * Not a late-stage, highly specialized position * Not for someone who needs rigid structure This is for someone who wants to **help define how Bluejay grows.** ## Logistics * Full-time, in-office * You’ll work extremely closely with the founders (especially the CEO) * Hiring in the next \~2 months, but we’ll move fast for someone exceptional ## Compensation * Base: \~$100K–$170K * Commission: \~6–12% range (structure being finalized) * Meaningful early-stage equity If you want to build the growth engine behind the infrastructure powering AI agents at the largest companies in the world… Let’s talk.
