As a Personal Care Assistant at Bloom Health Services, you will provide essential support to clients in their daily activities and personal care needs. This role requires a strong attention to detail, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help clients with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings
Monitor and record changes in client's physical, mental, and emotional status
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role preferred
CPR and First Aid certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
