We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Purchase Team Manager.

Job Summary: As the Purchase Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our purchase team to ensure they meet and exceed targets. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to the team, as well as monitoring and analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the purchase team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and develop strategies to achieve them.
Monitor metrics, such as conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue targets, and take proactive measures to address any issues or gaps.
Reviewing & Approving Purchase Contracts.
Conduct regular meetings and training to keep the team motivated and informed about market trends, new products, and negotiation techniques.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of efforts.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Desired)

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations. (Preferred)

Strong English Language (ability to have a fluent conversation)
