Vinci Games (YC S22) is a Y Combinator-backed game studio building the next generation of multiplayer virtual reality (VR) games. Our small, agile team has backgrounds at companies like Google, Meta, Oculus, and CD Projekt RED. Our first title, **Blacktop Hoops**, is a high-flying VR basketball game with over 19,000 reviews and a 92% five-star rating. We’re now working on our second title, a sandbox social VR game for teens. We’re looking for a **Social Media and Content Creator Intern** who can help us grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Reels through engaging, funny, and creative content. If you’re passionate about gaming, love creating short-form content, and are familiar with viral strategies (like Duolingo’s playful approach), we’d love to see what you can bring to our team. This is a paid internship with an hourly wage of $15 to $19, depending on experience and location. You’ll be working 10-20 hours a week for 3 months, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your academic commitments and potential to extend the internship. ### **Requirements** * Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). * Strong understanding of video production (composition, lighting, audio). * Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into engaging, shareable videos. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment. * Experience with social media management and community engagement for personal or company socials. * **Bonus Points**: Experience running your own TikTok account, a love of gaming, or previous experience working with VR content. ### **What You’ll Do** * Design and post short-form video content for social campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Reels using in-game recorded footage. * Brainstorm and create engaging and humorous content for our upcoming social VR game. * Engage and manage Discord game community with 10K+ members. * Respond to DMs and comments to engage with our online community on social and Discord. * Source and highlight user-generated content from our player community for weekly social media campaigns. * Research industry trends to test various content strategies. ### **Benefits** * Real-world experience working on campaigns that directly impact a live player game community. * Mentorship from a former product manager at FAANG companies, offering guidance on landing full-time roles in tech and gaming. * Access to a Meta Quest 3 you'll keep at the end of your internship. \*\*Why Vinci Games?\*\*\ At Vinci Games, we offer a flexible, fun, and creative work environment where you can apply your skills in real-world projects that make an impact.
