Bits and Volts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Business Development Intern - IT Sales to support our sales team in expanding our IT services portfolio. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, assist in lead generation, and contribute to the overall sales process for our IT solutions, including custom software development, mobile app development, and cloud services. This is an excellent opportunity to build a foundation in IT sales while gaining hands-on experience in business development.

Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through digital channels such as LinkedIn and email.
Identify and connect with potential clients, presenting our IT services in an engaging way.
Assist the team in nurturing client relationships, conducting follow-ups, and addressing inquiries.
Support the development of strategies to increase lead conversion rates.
Maintain and update CRM entries, track sales activities, and ensure data accuracy.
Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth opportunities.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a B. COM, BBA, or MBA degree.
Strong interest in B2B sales and foundational knowledge of IT services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about IT sales and business development.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation strategies is a plus.
Candidates available for an immediate start are preferred.

Stipend: Monthly stipend of up-to INR 5000 based on performance starting from second month.
