Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily administrative operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail in a professional manner.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access to important documents.
Prepare reports and presentations, compiling data as needed for various projects and meetings.
Assist with inventory management and supply ordering to support restaurant operations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and managing front desk responsibilities.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
