Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategy, data analysis, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies, managing campaigns, and using data insights to drive customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience: Demonstrated expertise in CRM management and related functions, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the field.
CRM Management - BNTouch CRM: Proficient in managing and optimizing BNTouch CRM, including handling system configurations, data management, and user support.
Action Plans and Drip Campaigns Creation: Skilled in creating and implementing action plans and drip campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead nurturing.
Reengage with past clients and leads in CRM: Experienced in reengaging with past clients and leads through strategic CRM initiatives to boost retention and conversion rates.
Build Zillow and Google Reviews: Ability to drive and manage efforts to build and enhance reviews on platforms such as Zillow and Google, contributing to the company’s online reputation.
Work with Admin for follow-ups: Collaborate effectively with administrative staff to ensure timely follow-ups and coordination on client interactions and tasks.
Uploads items into Encompass System: Competent in uploading and managing documents and data within the Encompass System, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Other Administrative Tasks: Capable of performing various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, reporting, and process improvement.
