We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Life Coach to join our team. As a life coach at WoodFire Leadership, you will work with clients to help them achieve their personal and professional goals, overcome obstacles, and lead fulfilling lives. This role requires a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients via video conferencing or phone
Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals
Provide guidance and support to clients in areas such as career development, personal growth, and work-life balance
Utilize various coaching techniques and tools to help clients achieve their objectives
Monitor clients’ progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed
Maintain detailed and confidential client records
Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest coaching practices and methodologies

Certified life coach with relevant credentials (ICF certification preferred)
Proven experience as a life coach or in a related role
Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to motivate and inspire clients
Proficient in using video conferencing tools and online coaching platforms
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to client issues
