Our client is seeking a skilledAccount Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate management within the iGaming sector, a talent for optimizing relationships, and a focus on delivering strong business results.

Affiliate Partner Management:
- Oversee daily operations for key affiliate accounts, ensuring seamless communication and KPI achievement.
- Develop and implement customized deal structures aligned with affiliate performance goals, negotiating win-win agreements.
Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize affiliate campaigns to deliver high-quality traffic and achieve conversion targets.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Technical Oversight:
- Maintain an understanding of post-back integrations and campaign tracking setups (preferred but not required).
- Handle account setups, integration testing, and adherence to operational processes.
Strategic Alignment:
- Understand operator KPIs and craft strategies that align with their growth and profitability objectives.
- Build and sustain strong operator relationships, showcasing a commitment to excellence and a competitive edge.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns.
- Communicate effectively in English to manage internal and external relationships.

Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a solid understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.

Proficiency in affiliate backends and familiarity with performance metrics.

Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to craft and close tailored deals.

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in campaign optimization and an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Knowledge of post-back integrations is a bonus.
