As a private K-8 school located in Los Angeles, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional educational experience for our students and their families. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with existing and prospective families and assisting with their inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries from parents, students, and staff
Provide timely and accurate information about the school's programs, events, and policies
Assist with enrollment, admissions, and registration processes
Coordinate school tours and assist families in their decision-making process
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by parents, students, or staff in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and update student records in the school's database
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service delivery

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
