We are currently looking for afull-time Architectural Technician to join our team in aremote and permanent position, with an immediate start or within a two-week notice period. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our design team on a variety of projects, providing technical and design support, and helping deliver high-quality architectural documentation.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the design team to produce detailed architectural drawings.
Assisting with technical design and documentation for a wide range of projects.
Ensuring all documentation meets UK planning and building regulations.
Carrying out measured building surveys as required for projects.
Preparing and producing planning and building regulation drawings.
Managing and delivering tasks independently in a remote working environment.
Communicating effectively within a team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Holds a degree in Architecture or a related field, or possess equivalent qualifications.
Proficiency inAutoCAD,SketchUp,Vectorworks, or other industry-standard software.
Strong understanding ofUK planning andbuilding regulations.
Previous experience in carrying outmeasured building surveys.
Demonstrable experience in producingplanning andbuilding regulation drawings.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Highly self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
A positive attitude and a willingness to grow within a team.

Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year, based on experience.
