Job Title: Licensed Therapist for Collaborative Care Model (LMHC or LCSW)

Overview:
BeeperMD is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our remote care team. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide virtual counseling and mental health support to patients through phone and video consultations. This role involves managing multiple patients, addressing their unique needs, and fostering their mental and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct remote assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual counseling sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
Collaborate with medical and internal teams to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive support.
Offer crisis intervention and support during acute distress or emergency situations.
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and company regulations.
Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate and empower patients and their families to manage mental health concerns effectively.
Participate in regular professional development activities and internal meetings with cross-departmental teams.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
Valid and current LCSW or LMHC license.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work or mental health counseling experience.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to conduct psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
Digitally proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, and EMR systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
