Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineers. The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering, with a passion for developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Design and build scalable, robust, and maintainable machine learning pipelines and systems.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features.
Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and iterate on improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and related fields.
Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and guidelines for machine learning within the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code review.
Publications or contributions to the machine learning community (e.g., research papers, open-source projects, blog posts).
