Responsibilities

Enter and maintain project and client data accurately in the database
Verify and validate data entries to ensure consistency and accuracy
Organize and update project documentation as needed
Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information
Assist in generating reports related to project status and client activity
Respond to inquiries regarding project details and client information
Implement and maintain data entry protocols and best practices

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles is a plus
