Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using scripts to promote and sell products or services.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling and follow-up on marketing campaigns.

Sales Closure:

Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers and close sales deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing relevant information.

Database Management:

Update and manage customer databases with accurate and detailed information.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective calling and lead conversion.

Follow-Up Calls:

Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, build relationships, and facilitate the sales process.

Feedback and Reporting:

Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports as required.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller Executive or similar role in telesales.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Target-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Technology Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
