We are looking for a CPA Account Manager to work closely with our customers and ensure their success.

As a CPA Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. You will understand their specific needs and goals, and work with them to maximize the value they receive from our product. Your role will involve proactive monitoring, onboarding new customers, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support and guidance. This position is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and driving customer retention.

Is this the right job for you?

We are looking for a team member who is a certified public accountant (CPA) with experience in auditing and accounting. You should have a deep understanding of the audit process and be able to apply your knowledge to help our customers succeed. Here are some key requirements:

Strong background in auditing or transaction advisory, preferably with experience at a public accounting firm
Active CPA certification
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to identify and understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proactive and results-oriented mindset
Experience with customer success or account management is a plus
