The successful candidate will act as a trusted product/solution expert, account manager and product marketer for customers of all sizes, ensuring they have access to the solutions (i.e., products, knowledge, and resources) required to succeed. The candidate will also execute initiatives to enhance our customer success program.

Your Impact

Onboard customers and manage accounts in a way that helps them maximize their investment and minimize their time to adoption.
Analyse customer success data, insights and reports to identify and act on adoption opportunities and challenges.
Maintain relationships with customers to help them achieve recurring impact.
Actively solicit, document, and distribute customer feedback and success stories and champion improvements that help increase awareness/reach and drive adoption and referrals.
Help customers take advantage of new features, product offerings & opportunities by executing routine communication that scales across our customer base.
Perform annual renewals with enterprise customers, including investigating goals, challenges, insights, and opportunities.
Develop the Help Center, adding and editing content to reflect feature additions and UX changes. Enhance the Help Center to simplify the user experience.

What You Bring to the Team

5+ years of transferable client service experience in accounting, audit & assurance, professional services and/or enterprise software
You hold a bachelor’s degree
Accounting designation is considered a strong asset (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CAANZ)
You prefer working with a 100% remote team because you thrive in self-managed environments
You love to play with technology and have the ability to make complex technical concepts easily understandable to a variety of stakeholders
You recognize gaps in process or detail and show initiative to suggest and implement solutions
You are an energetic, self-starter who thrives when you are supporting, helping, and advocating for others
You have a willingness to support client requirements that, on occasion, fall outside of normal business hours
You have excellent organization, presentation and communication skills
