We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping customers participate in bank property auctions, guiding them from the initial stages to long-term success. You will act as the main point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, ensuring smooth auction participation, and identifying opportunities for business growth within existing accounts. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, handling inquiries and providing best practice guidance.
Facilitate successful auction participation and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Support high-growth customers to leverage expansion opportunities.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Prepare reports on account status and assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar customer support or account management role.

Experience in Consulting or Recruiting is a plus.

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders effectively.

Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Experience delivering client-focused solutions.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
