As aPersonal Assistant at Atomic Pixels, you will play a critical role in supporting our senior executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

•Manage Complex Calendars: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for senior executives.

•Screen Calls and Emails: Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritize messages, and provide timely responses.

•Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

•Prepare and Edit Documents: Assist with document preparation, including creating, editing, and formatting various materials.

•Organize and Maintain Files: Ensure that documents and files are organized and easily accessible.

•Handle Confidential Information: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.

•Assist with Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

•Perform Research: Conduct research on various topics and provide summarized reports.

•Take Meeting Minutes: Attend meetings and take accurate minutes for future reference.

•Provide General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects as needed.
