The Organizational Support Team helps the different departments to streamline their procedures.

By delivering improvement initiatives, the team supports the whole organization in achieving its strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating and delivering selected Operational Excellence initiatives by analyzing the collected data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Documenting the different processes of the company in close collaboration with the various business teams impacted.
Designing an optimized “target state” through workshops with users.
Defining indicators that will allow control of the performance.
Implementing the optimized processes/organization on the field.
Sharing best practices in the organization.
Collaborating with external Operational Excellence partners when relevant.

PROFILE

University degree or an interest in process improvement methodologies (Lean/6Sigma, BPI/BPR,… ).
Native Dutch or French with a good knowledge of English
Presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
Dare to think out-of-the-box
You take initiatives, are creative and solutions oriented.
You have a positive mindset; you are collaborative and are always looking to make things better (you hate status quo).
