We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team and support both our commercial portfolio and our research & innovation activities.

The position

The role combines hands-on social media management, content creation, performance monitoring, and communication support for sales, research, and corporate initiatives. You will work closely with Sales, HR, and Research teams, contributing to both business-driven communication and EU-funded project dissemination.

Key responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Content creation, scheduling, and publishing across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, BlueSky, Facebook, YouTube
Community engagement and interaction monitoring
Real-time social media coverage of events, conferences, and workshops
Support dissemination activities for Horizon Europe & Erasmus+ projects

2. Communication & Content Development

Development of messaging frameworks aligned with brand and project objectives
Creation of organic content (short-form & long-form), including Press releases, Case studies, Brochures & factsheets, and/or website content
Contribution to visual storytelling using images, short videos, and presentations

3. Brand Support

Creation and maintenance of branded document templates (MS Word & PowerPoint)
Alignment with ATC branding and visual identity guidelines

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Preparation of performance reports for Social media channels, Email newsletters (Mailchimp) and Website & digital outlets (GA4, Matomo)

5. Email Marketing

Setup and management of email campaigns
List management and basic performance analysis

6. Employee Advocacy & Corporate Communications

Creation of social media creatives
Optional support for booth branding materials (banners, visuals)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (Degrees in Business, Social Sciences, or Information Systems are considered a plus )
1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications
Experience with social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, BlueSky, Facebook, YouTube
Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, InVideo and/or CapCut
Experience with analytics & monitoring tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Matomo and Native social media analytics (Meta, X, etc.)
Οpenness to learning and applying GenAI tools
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
Creativity, consistency, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

Additional experience in any of the following fields is a plus

Hands-on experience with GenAI tools
Familiarity with website backend CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Event planning and on-site event coordination experience
Ability to evaluate media proposals and communication opportunities
Previous involvement in EU-funded projects or research dissemination activities
Contribution to short presentations and supporting material for sales & pre-sales activities
