As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring an exceptional level of service.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently
Assist clients with account-related issues, including billing and payment inquiries
Handle client complaints and work towards their resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay updated with company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the accounting industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using customer service software and tools
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus
