As a Project Manager at Asher an Amayah, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and controlling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and managing risks and issues
Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment
Manage project resources, including staffing, vendors, and subcontractors
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Provide regular project status reports to management and clients
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science)
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the software development industry
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in project management software and tools
PMP certification is a plus
Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%)
