Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients to establish treatment goals and objectives.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client needs.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities.
Monitor and document client progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
Stay current with industry trends and developments in mental health treatment.
Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth in the field of mental health.
