THE MISSION

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing department on the development and promotion of our Peripheral Intervention medical device range. You will be involved in every stage of product management, from market research to post-market evaluation. You will assist European sales teams with technical product support and provide customer training as required. Alongside the marketing team, you will develop essential collateral such as manuals, videos, and brochures, to ensure optimal product utilization. You will also support the organization of events and educational initiatives to achieve Asahi Intecc’s business objectives in Europe.

i. Product Marketing

o Development of commercial product marketing plan. Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to, the development of product launch strategy, product placement, clinical evaluations and post-market follow-up activities, brand strategy, marketing materials for all key stakeholders, promotional plan, product forecasting, product portfolio management, etc.

o Conduct market survey and competitive analysis through our sales channels and customers’ feedback to better understand market trends and adjust the promotion plan accordingly. Analyse market data and provide insights to Sales team and Management for a successful product promotion.

ii. Clinical Development and Education

o Support European Sales team in training sales partners and healthcare professionals in various regions:

§ Educate on the current clinical data and new developments regarding company products, including how these developments can provide clinical benefits and patient safety.

§ Educate on the proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and hands-on tools.

o Occasionally attend clinical procedures in the cath-labs and operating rooms at hospital accounts to assure customer and patient success with Asahi Intecc products.

iii. Customer Relationship

o Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how Asahi Intecc products can help them achieving their goals.

o Educate KOL’s on the technique behind the products in order to create more customer loyalty.

o Manage KOL relationships maintaining close collaboration with the top customers and increasing customer engagement.

iv. Congresses and Events

o Attend congresses/workshops and support Asahi Intecc’s promotional and educational activities including hands-on trainings, product demonstrations and presentations.

v. Self-Education

o Maintain a comprehensive product and technical knowledge of all Asahi Intecc products as well as competitive products including features, functions and compatibility.

o Develop and maintain a competent level of knowledge in Peripheral Intervention, as well as gathering knowledge of competitors products and techniques.

· A bachelor’s degree is required with areas of preference including marketing, nursing, biomedical engineering or another similar degree area.

· > 4 years of working experience.

· Previous experience in clinical / marketing positions in other medical device industries in the peripheral intervention field

· Fluent in English (any other additional European language is a plus).

· Can travelapprox. 20-50% of the time.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software & Data Management.

· Good presentation skills and ability to conduct training sessions independently.

· Strong affinity for marketing, promotional activities and education.
