Responsibilities

Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in employee engagement, project management, or similar roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on empathy.
Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to enhance employee happiness.
Familiarity with organizing events and workshops.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting survey results and employee feedback.
