The Role: Right-Hand to the CEO/CMO

AsExecutive Operations Manager / Chief of Staff, you will serve as thego-to execution partner for the CEO/CMO, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs efficiently. You willorchestrate operations, manage projects, streamline workflows, and drive execution across multiple teams.

This role requires someone who isobsessed with organization, execution, and efficiency. You willanticipate challenges before they arise, remove bottlenecks, and ensure that nothing gets forgotten.

You will be working across multiple e-commerce channels, ensuringseamless coordination between operations, marketing, inventory management, and team execution.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

🛠 Operational & Strategic Execution

Act as theCEO/CMO’s right hand, keeping priorities, projects, and daily execution aligned.
Track and managehigh-impact projects, ensuring they move forward efficiently.
Createsystems and processes to eliminate inefficiencies and increase team productivity.
Anticipate problems before they happen—you don’t wait to be told what to do, you make things happen.

📅 Calendar, Email & Communications Management

Manage and streamline theCEO’s daily calendar—eliminating unnecessary distractions.
Handle5+ email accounts, keeping the inbox under control and prioritizing important messages.
Ensure smooth communication betweenteams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
Keep projects, emails, and requests from slipping through the cracks.

📦 Omnichannel E-Commerce Operations

Oversee and optimize inventory management acrossAmazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
Work with suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless logistics.
Help forecast inventory needs to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Keep an eye on performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.

📊 Cross-Functional Team Coordination

Serve as aliaison between the CEO and the entire team, ensuring accountability.
Work with marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams todrive execution of key initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, analytics, and reporting to ensure the business stays on track.

🚀 Growth, Scaling & Exit Strategy Participation

Help execute on theCEO’s high-level strategy for scaling brands to 7 and 8 figures.
Participate in thegrowth and positioning of brands for a possible future exit.
For theright person who can take ownership, equity may be in the future.

✅E-Commerce & Omnichannel Experienced – You have experience managing operations inAmazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, or similar platforms.

✅Tech-Savvy & Analytical – You know how to navigate tools likeNotion, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and data analytics dashboards.
✅Exceptional Communicator – You can coordinate between multiple teams and ensure alignment across projects.
✅Growth-Minded & Business-Savvy – You understand e-commerce growth levers and can helpscale brands toward a high-value exit.
✅U.S.-Based & Available Full-Time – Able to work inEST time zone with availability for CEO/CMO requests.

Strong articulation and the ability to convey complex ideas concisely are essential for effective collaboration.**
