Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end data science process, from problem definition to model deployment.
Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify data-driven opportunities.
Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and analysts in best practices and methodologies.
Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
Continuously evaluate and enhance existing models and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in data science, analytics, or related roles, preferably in a financial context.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL for data manipulation.
In-depth knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and presentation of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
