Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks and support office operations.
Assist with the coordination of property listings and scheduling property showings.
Maintain and organize client and property databases accurately and efficiently.
Communicate with clients and service providers to address inquiries and provide assistance.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required by management.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
Handle correspondence and manage calendars for team members.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Basic understanding of real estate or corporate housing concepts is preferred.
