We also need to spread awareness of how a concentrated period of learning with right mentorship can help accelerate your Software Engineering Skills** ### What you will do You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and optimizing strategies for improved performance. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through various digital channels. As a key contributor to our mission, you will play a crucial role in infusing creativity, innovation, and visual excellence into our digital marketing projects. Your expertise will be essential in shaping and executing impactful campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring our brand stands out in the digital landscape. If you are passionate about leveraging digital strategies to achieve marketing goals and thrive in a creative environment, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey. ### Key Responsibilities **Digital Campaign Management** - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM). **SEO and SEM** - Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance search engine optimization (SEO) efforts. Also, manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase website visibility and drive targeted traffic. **Social Media Marketing** - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement. **Google Ads and Facebook Ads** - Create and manage Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring effective use of budget and targeting strategies. **Anaytics and Reporting** - Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. **Stay Updated on Industry Trends** - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. ### What are we looking for Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management and optimization. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, social media platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Expertise with SEO tools such as Searchlight, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics, etc. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in marketing team with an edtech startup is a plus.
