Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a professional and courteous approach.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Educate customers on our services, pricing, and promotions to enhance their understanding.
Coordinate with cleaning teams to schedule services based on customer requests and operational capabilities.
Assist in the development of customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the facilities services industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
