Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to clients with outstanding debts.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements to facilitate debt recovery.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions in our database.
Analyze account information to assess client payment capabilities.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their circumstances and provide suitable solutions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes and clarify accounts.

Proven experience in debt collection or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
High level of empathy and active listening skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
