Responsibilities

Provide first-line support to users requiring assistance with hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot various IT issues related to desktop, network, and server operations.
Respond to user inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
Document and track support requests using the ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Install and configure computer hardware, applications, and peripheral devices for users.
Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
Educate users on best practices and assist with training on new technologies and software.

Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Excellent knowledge of computer software, hardware, and networking systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop applications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent.
