AEMT are looking for a target driven Member Engagement Manager, who will be responsible for growing and engaging the AEMT’s membership. The individual will also have a proven track record in sales. The association is international with members in the UK, Middle East and South East Asia. The individual will be able to develop and implement a member growth and engagement strategy. Appropriate candidates will be asked to complete a psychometric profile test.

Who are AEMT?

The Association of Electrical & Mechanical Trades (AEMT) is an international trade association that promotes the craft of rewinding, repairing, and renewing rotating electro-mechanical equipment and ancillaries. AEMT aims to underpin a circular economy by reducing industrial product and energy waste, nurturing, and championing the use of best practise. They also set and uphold international standards for quality craftmanship and engineering.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop and implement member engagement strategies.
Develop and implement member growth strategies.
Work with the Events Co-ordinater to engage members in events, webinars and the conference and awards.
Work with the General Manager to grow the membership and develop value.
Foster positive relationships with current and potential members.
Travel nationally and internationally to represent the AEMT.
Onboard new members.
Maintain and update CRM system.
Analyse membership trends and make data-driven decisions.
Address member issues and feedback promptly.

Excellent problem-solving abilities to address member issues and improve engagement strategies

Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities to expand the organisation’s reach
Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques
Open to new ideas and adaptable

Experience

3-years proven experience in member engagement, community management, or customer relations.
3-years proven experience in sales.
Electrical Engineering experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as ReadyMembership.
