Job Description

As the E-Commerce Store Manager, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing our online store.
Work closely with our leadership team to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Lead the end-to-end process of setting up our e-commerce platform, including site structure, design, and product catalog.
Organize, categorize, and optimize product listings for SEO, descriptions, and high-quality images.
Recommend and implement the best e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and integrate necessary tools.
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience, manage customer inquiries, and optimize checkout and payment processes.
Work with suppliers and internal teams to manage stock levels, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
Monitor website traffic, sales data, and conversion rates, using insights to improve store performance.
Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
